How does it work?
In 4 simple steps we take you from Paper to the “Cloud”
Step 1: We listen. We want to understand your business and its requirements so that we deliver the right service tailored to fit around you and your budget.
Step 2: We make it happen – we pick up your paperwork, take it to our nearest secure
data vault where it’s scanned, uploaded and indexed directly to our UK based data centre.
The old paper documents are retained in deep storage for a minimum of 1 month or for a
specific period to meet your industry legal requirements to ensure they remain safe and
secure before being environmentally destroyed and disposed of.
Step 3: We help you get started by providing all the tools and training you need to manage
your data and comply with Data Protection, ISO Standards and the new Pensions Auto
Enrolment policy while getting the best out of our Cloud services.
Step 4: We’re always here for you, keeping your tools up-to-date, providing you with regular
health checks FREE of charge to make sure everything grows with your business.
